Since graduating from Virginia Tech, Vance has worked as a radio talk show host, a stand-up comic and a performance coach but is most proud of the nearly 30 years spent in real estate finance and the thousands of individuals and families he has successfully guided through the home loan process.

He is passionate about serving his clients and his community. Vance is a coach for the First Tee, an instructor for the Dale Carnegie Institute and has served as chairman for the Alzheimer’s Walk.

Outside of work, Vance enjoys running, fishing, playing golf and is an avid reader.
